Once you are satisfied with tour itinerary and cost, we will send you a booking form and invoice. Please complete, sign and date the booking form, and return to us by post, fax or scan/email. Your deposit payment is due at the time of booking, please include deposit amount (See terms & conditions) along with booking form. There will normally be a £200 per person initial deposit payment towards land only tours. You are required to pay higher deposit payment where we have larger initial costs involved for your tours for example a full payment is required for any international or internal flights where you are booking as part of your tour.

The remainder of payments are due at least 8 weeks before departure date. If you have booked within 8 weeks of the start date of the tour, then your full payment will be due at the time of booking.

You can pay for your holidays in several ways. We accept payments by cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer, or by debit/credit card.

Paying by cheque:
•    Please make cheques payable to ‘Lumle Holidays Ltd. Trust Account’, and post them to us at     the address given on your booking form and invoice.

Paying by Debit/Credit Card:
•    Please contact us by telephone (+44 845 475 3435) with your credit or debit card details     (cards we accept include Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express).     Please note the name and address of the card registered should be the same as on your     booking form. We are unable to accept card payments from somebody who is not travelling on the tour.

•    Help us preventing credit card fraud, please do not send your credit card information to us by     email.

•    All payments by credit card, or any card registered outside the UK, are subject to a 2%     handling surcharge.
