Manuel Antonio: This picturesque national park is the smallest in Costa Rica, yet it is full of wild animals, lush vegetation, and beautiful beaches.

Upon arrival in bustling San Jose, our representative will meet and greet you and direct you to the car rental centre. The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Overnight in San Jose.
Today, after breakfast, depart San Jose driving north. Stop in the charming village of Zarcero to visit Parque Francisco Alvarado and the Iglesia de San Rafael. Continue to the Arenal area, famous for its volcano, lake, and hot springs. You may choose to visit one of the many hot springs facilities for relaxation and dinner (own expense).
Overnight in Arenal.
After breakfast, visit the Arenal Volcano National Park on your own. Spend the day hiking, relaxing in hot springs, or taking a horseback ride to La Fortuna Waterfall. For extraordinary views of the volcano and Lake Arenal, take the Sky Tram gondolas or the Sky Trek zip line tour.

After breakfast, drive to Manuel Antonio, known for its beautiful beaches, rich wildlife, and variety of activities. Spend the day exploring the national park, beaches, or take a boat trip through the estuaries and mangroves. For a unique experience, visit Villa Vanilla Spice Plantation to learn about sustainable farming of vanilla, cocoa, and other spices.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and a day of rest and relaxation in beautiful Manuel Antonio.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure. You may choose to visit Jaco Beach, Costa Rica's most popular vacation destination, located about an hour away from Manuel Antonio.

Enjoy breakfast and drive back to San Jose. Consider a stop at Poas Volcano National Park, home to one of the world’s largest volcanic lakes, or Irazu Volcano, followed by a visit to the colonial Orosi Valley. Alternatively, explore San Jose by visiting its museums or the Mercado Central.

Enjoy your last breakfast in San Jose. Check out and return your vehicle to the car rental facility at San Jose International Airport before your departure flight home.
