After breakfast, we depart San Jose by shared transfer. Upon arrival at the hotel after brief rest will proceed for a guided walking tour in Arenal Volcano National Park. During the tour, the guide will explain the periods of activity the once very active volcano experienced. Enjoy the verdant landscapes and the backdrop of the now-dormant volcano, as you keep a lookout for the wild animals living in this national park. You will have the chance to spot sloths, howler monkeys, anteaters and many others.

This tour begins by descending the 500-meter trail to the magnificent Waterfall, renowned for its 60-meter (197-foot) high falls and its crystal-clear waters. Along the trail, you will observe plants, trees, and animals, which inhabit the area. You can choose to swim in its refreshing waters, take amazing photographs, or simply relax and take in all the beauty of the La Fortuna Waterfall. When you visit the La Fortuna Waterfall you not only get to enjoy this marvelous natural wonder, you will be helping to Support the Development Association of the community 100% of the entrance fee goes towards social projects to benefit schools, nutritional centers, the orphanage, our roads, and more.

You will go in search of one of the most beloved animals in our country, the famous sloth. This animal will captivate you with its cuteness and peculiar slow behavior. La Fortuna is a unique place when it comes to sloths. The climate, protection, food availability, and absence of predators make this privileged property an incredible natural oasis. The project has a 1.5 km trail suitable for adults, families, and children of all ages. The tour will take you through amazing flora, along a river that borders the property, and, of course, to the Guarumo trees; the favorite food of these emblematic animals. Specialized guides are experts at finding them, so you can guarantee their observation.

Enjoy a day of relaxation and soaking in warm pools in the Paradise Hot Springs. Warm waters and waterfalls, surrounded by tropical vegetation and spectacular views of the massive Arenal Volcano offer a perfect spot for recharging your batteries and enjoying your vacation to the fullest. Try the Jacuzzi, or hydro massage, or simply gaze at the exotic palm trees, flowers, and coffee trees. The thermal waters rich in minerals have beneficial effects and aid muscle relaxation, skin cleansing, and eliminating stress. During your stay at the Paradise Hot Springs, you will be enjoying a traditional meal (lunch or dinner).

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at your leisure to relax or explore on your own. In the afternoon, head towards the Atlantic Coast and to Puerto Viejo in the province of Limon. Puerto Viejo is one of the best places for relaxation immersed in nature, lush rainforest, stunning beaches and with a hint of adventure.

Today, after breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a walk of approximately 7 km along the path of the national park. Entering the park through the sector of Playa Blanca and taking the trail to Punta Cahuita, the tour will be a journey of beautiful beaches where you can swim in the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea, observe various types of wildlife such as sloths, face monkeys white, Howlers, anteaters, armadillos, raccoons, blue morph butterflies, birds and many other things like medicinal plants, orchids, trees, ferns, bromeliads, etc.

Today after breakfast proceed for a shared transfer to the Sixaolo border between Panama and Costa Rica across to the Bocas del Toro, taking the boat from Almirante to Isla Colon and continuing by road to your hotel. This lovely island chain stretches out into the Caribbean Sea, is a tropical wonderland of turquoise waters, lush rainforests and sandy atolls. Rest of the day at leisure.

Breakfast at the hotel. today proceed for a boat tour to enjoy the dolphin pods that inhabit the waters around Bahia Honda. Continue to Cayo Coral to explore the colorful underwater world and 'coral gardens'. Discover the gorgeous beaches of Cayo Zapatilla famous for its exotic white sand beaches and tropical waters. At the end return to Bocas del Toro and your hotel.

After breakfast return to Costa Rica by a shared boat transfer back to Almirante and a shared road transfer to Puerto Viejo, crossing the border at Sixaola. Rest of the day free to sit back and relax.

After breakfast, at the agreed time, pick-up at your hotel in Puerto Viejo to transfer you to San Jose.

Approximately 4 hours before your flight, our driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Juan Santamaria International Airport for your trip back home, with unforgettable memories in your suitcase.
