After breakfast, visit Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a symbol of Mughal power. The sprawling complex showcases a blend of architectural styles, representing the cultural fusion of the Mughal era. If your scheduled Taj Mahal visit falls on a Friday, it will be arranged for the previous day as a sunset visit instead. The remaining time is yours to enjoy at your leisure, or you may choose to take part in our optional tour, "Unveiling Agra’s Hidden Charms."

Optional Unveiling Agra’s Hidden Charms

Experience the city at its vibrant best with our immersive tour, blending must-see landmarks with hidden treasures known only to locals. Explore the iconic masterpieces and uncover charming corners, while gaining a deeper understanding of the city's heritage, culture, cuisine, and daily life. Our "Unveiling Agra’s Hidden Charms" program is designed to connect tourists with the essence of the city. This journey navigates through Agra’s narrow lanes, showcasing grand havelis, the bustling markets of Kinari Bazaar and Lohar Gali, and the spice-rich streets of Rawat Para. Conducted with eco-friendly battery-operated Rickshaws, the tour highlights significant sites such as Dara Shikoh's library, Mirza Ghalib's birthplace, the Radhasoami faith headquarters, the ancient Manka Meshwar temple, Jama Masjid, and various churches including the Akbar Church. Along the way, visit the Ayurvedic doctor’s street, paan and pethamandi vendors, and the lively food street of Seth Gali.

Day 6 : AGRA TO RANTHAMBORE VIA FATEHPUR SIKRI

After breakfast, depart for Ranthambore (239 km / 5 hours), with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, Emperor Akbar’s abandoned capital. Explore this well-preserved red sandstone city and imagine the grandeur of its court life before it was mysteriously deserted.

Day 10 : JAIPUR

This day is free for you to relax and explore Jaipur at your own pace. Alternatively you may enjoy an optional heritage art and antiquities walk.

Optional Heritage Art and Antiquities Walk

Enclosed by majestic city walls and organized into rectangular blocks known as Chowkries, Jaipur was built following the principles of Vastu and Shilpa Shastra, the ancient Hindu doctrines of town planning. Optional Evening Food Walk Tour in Old Delhi

This evening, embark on a night walk through Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi, where the city truly comes to life. Chandni Chowk, meaning "Moonlit Square," was named during the Mughal era when the water in the square reflected the moonlight. As the sun sets, the cooler air brings people out to carry on with their daily activities, so expect bustling crowds and some attention from locals as you explore the narrow lanes of Old Delhi. Your guide will share the rich history of the area and point out the surviving façades and buildings that have withstood the changes of time.

The tour also focuses on the vibrant local food scene! You'll have the chance to taste sweets at Kanwarji, Old Delhi's oldest sweet shop, sample freshly baked biscuits at Ballimaran, and sip on street chai (tea) as you explore.
