- Please note that if your flight stops in Mumbai, you will need to pick up your luggage. This process usually takes approximately 60 minutes.
- The sequence of your itinerary may differ depending on your arrival day at the destination.
- During your travel, the tourist coach will not be equipped with Wi-Fi or bathroom facilities, though rest and lunch stops will be made for long trips.
- We recommend purchasing a new SIM card at the airport or placing an e-SIM before travel to guarantee an internet connection.
- Remember to download your e-ticket to confirm the times of your flights and to complete online check-in using the airline’s website, or directly at the check-in desk at the airport.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, for safety reasons, or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, the order and duration of the excursions included in the itinerary may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
- Tips in Nepal are subject to the decision of the client based on the level of satisfaction with the service provided and the experience in general. Although they are not obligatory, they are usually expected.
- Triple room: the third bed will be a rollaway bed or mattress.
- There is a supplement to access your hotel room before regular check-in hours. Please note that if you arrive on an early flight, you may not have access to your hotel room until check-in, which is at 3 pm. Late check-out incurs extra costs and check-out at most hotels is 12:00 noon.
- Hotel early check-out, early check-in, late check-in, late check-out and connecting or adjoining rooms are all subject to availability and may cost extra.
- In many hotels in Nepal, the triple rooms are double rooms with an additional bed or sofa bed. Their comfort conditions are lower than the international standards of the triple room. Please note that hotel classification is as per Indian standards.
- No refunds for unused services. Splitting the package is not allowed.

What do I need to bring?
- Comfortable and light clothing is the most suitable for travelling in Nepal.
- Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts, or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings.
- Shoes should be removed before entering a temple or private house.
- Sun protection, sunglasses, a hat, and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
